On 4 November 2021 UNIDO ITPO Italy facilitated a matchmaking meeting among the Italian company Eemaxx Engineering Srl, the Ethiopian company Tapanta Depot Trading Plc, and the Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP).
The discussion was joined by UNIDO ITPO Italy Investment Promotion Expert Ms. Ester Temperato; Mr. Giuseppe D'Alessandro, CEO of Eemaxx; Mr. Daniel Kebede and Mr. Tsegaye Woldetensay, respectively Director General and Deputy Director General of Tapanta Depot Trading; and Mr. Wondwosen for the Strategy and Investment Division and Mr. Miraje Fereja for Corporate Division of EEP.
The meeting was aimed at presenting the expertise and the projects implemented by Eemaxx in Africa, with the goal of evaluating potential collaborations in Ethiopia. As a result, new follow-up meetings have already been scheduled.
